After trying various approaches, including talk therapy, meditation, journaling, yoga, mindset work, womb work, breathwork, and water therapy (I could go on ;), I eventually discovered the power of what happens when you invite your body to the healing party.   • Every session is a standalone transformation. Then the conscious integration in your daily life will follow. An *exact* time frame can’t be given. It varies wildly depending on the person, the topic, and many other factors. Everything from hours to a few days or weeks is possible.

    You will recognize immediate shifts still in the session, and then it’s your job to fully embody the changes into your daily actions.

    The more you choose your new identity, the faster and better the results get.

    One of my clients did a session in the morning on “No matter what I do, it’s never good enough.“ In the afternoon, she was able to turn down an unaligned job offer (which her past identity would have 100% said yes to, but would have made her unhappy).
